Single Copy License is
defined as one copy per PC, for internal use only.
Site License is
defined by one site (location) with unlimited seats, for internal
use only.
Corporate License is
defined by multiple sites (locations) within a corporation (same
name), with unlimited seats,
for internal use only. No subsidiaries are allowed to use the
product.
Project License is defined for
Consultants to use the product for one project for a specific
client.
Maintenance is included for the first year.
Subsequent yearly maintenance fees are 20%
of the then current product prices and are due
30 days before the the expiration of the current
maintenance.
