The product license includes a service agreement that allows for downloads of new versions and technical support for the first 12 months. Support for additional periods is optional.

We strongly recommend renewing the support license to obtain continued assistance resolving technical issues and to receive upgraded versions. If the support agreement is allowed to expire, renewal will cost 3 times the cost of the regular renewal.
