We strongly recommend purchasing & renewing the support license to obtain continued assistance resolving technical issues and to receive upgraded versions. In the event maintenance is not paid up to 90 days after the due date, the client may reinstate support services by paying double the normal support service fee. If the support agreement is allowed to expire for more than 180 days, the support agreement will not be renewed and a new product license must be purchased.
